AUTO-DELIVERY POLICY
Proper weight control is safely achieved over a period of several months; therefore, we recommend that our product should be consumed during the whole time you
are trying to achieve your healthy weight goal. When you order our product you are agreeing to automatically receive every 30 days a fresh supply of product
for you to use in the subsequent month. Your credit card will be automatically charged each month at the time of shipment. You can cancel this auto-delivery
at any time by calling Customer Service at 1-888-222-2085 and we will cancel your next order and your credit card will not be charged again.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- All products will be shipped, both within the continental USA and internationally, by United States Postal Service within 72 hours of processing.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
- We will refund the full price of the product, less shipping and handling, if you return the unused portion of the product within 30 days of purchase.
- Before returning the product you must call our Customer Service number, 1-888-222-2085 and notify us of the return.
- You must return not only the unused portion of the product but also the book The ABC’s of Pediatric Weight Management to receive the refund.
- Our 30-day money back guarantee only applies to the quantity of product that is typically consumed in a 30 day period following the product’s Suggested Use.
